ttf2cxf_stream converts True Type files to CXF Font file format

This program is based on ttf2cxf previously released by RibbonSoft
    -- info@ribbonsoft.com; http://www.ribbonsoft.com

This modified version includes new features to allow streaming
the CXF file data to another program through STDOUT

Windows executables can be created using MINGW32 and the Freetype library
I used the precompiled freetype library file "freetype-2.3.5-1-lib.zip"

To build the executable file edit the Makefile to set the correct paths
and run the command "make win" or "make linux"
